Martin is keen in converting his van. And now let’s unveil how he was installing Shawllar’s Flexible solar system in his beloved van:
The in-house appliances in Martin’s motorhome are powered by the RV batteries. Ever since Martin and his family embarked on the journey of vanlife, charging these batteries has always been a hassle. Once in a chilly winter day, Martin forgot to charge in time which caused the whole family suffering from coldness for three days. When Shawllar reached out to Martin, he was interested in the first place and hoped that Shawllar PV system could solve the charging problem.
At the beginning, Martin was concerned by some negative opinions on the Internet about flexible panels, especially in relation to heat dissipation. It was not until he learn that Shawllar uses the new generation of MWT back contact technology after IBC, which uses a full layer of copper foil in the middle to enhance the overall thermal performance and conductivity, that he finally put all his worries aside.
Martin was amazed by the thinness and lightness of the Shawllar flexible solar panel, which was easy to install, and the fixing was a simple matter of gluing it in place.
